My family and I have been patients of Mr Colin Natali for over 20 years. He has always offered excellent care and is very approachable I completely trust his opinion and would never let anyone else touch my spine. Mr Natali is a kind friendly surgeon who makes you feel totally relaxed in he’s care He his not someone who jumps into surgery until all other options have been explored so I know if he suggests surgery there really is no other option. I would very highly recommend him and feel safe in he’s care

Colin Natali, is a great surgeon and person. He has looked after me for the past 12 years. He has always been honest and true to his word. He is very knowledgeable and I trust him with all my heart. I would not let anyone else touch my back.

Made the long trip from Liverpool to London to see Dr Natali. Mostly because I had a meltdown over the thoughts and symptoms of my slipped disc. I was also worried about length of time it was taking to heal. He talked me through everything and assured me that it would get better and set out a exercise programme that I follow. This is more than likely to work, but if not he explained the next options available. I would recommend Dr Natali highly, he is a really likable and straight to the point character, with a really good friendly attitude. Even though far to travel, it was definitely worth the trip.

I was seen by Colin Natali last year to assess me five years after a car accident ; he is pleasant and seemingly impressive as previous reviewers have commented . However when he came to writing a report he omitted or ignored in my medical notes a vital first medical diagnosis 4 days after my accident when I reported back pain ( i was stationary in a vehicle and hit full on in rear at 60mph). When directed to this omission by my solicitor Mr Natali in his next report failed to change his statement of opinion that " the clinical silence in the immediate aftermath of the accident makes it in his opinion more likely that the claimant did not injure her low back in the index event " The medical notes disprove that there was silence . Equally incredulous is Natalis failure to change his clearly factually incorrect statement that for the five to six weeks after the accident I had reported neck pain alone ! I have thus completely lost confidence in him

Response from Mr Colin Natali

This feedback relates to a medicolegal report. While the claimant may have disagreed with my opinion, (that is their right), my professional opinion is based upon a thorough review of the clinical records and is a report directed to the court. It is not for me to agree with the claimant but to carry out my duty to the court and present my findings. The claimant will have had their own expert. The court can then decide which report is correct.

Recommended injections and exercises after multiple scans and two 5 min consultations. Following injections at lister hospital Chelsea in Jan 2017 I received no follow up to see how I was progressing. I called four days ago and left detailed message. I have not received any contact to date. Mr Natali is likable and impressive when met but I am so far very dissapinted that the success of his work/recommendations doesn't appear to be of interest now he has invoiced.

Response from Mr Colin Natali

Not sure where this feedback comes from but all patients are encouraged to make follow-up appointments to discuss further management decisions. No treatment for back or neck pain is 100% successful and failure of one treatment does not preclude others. The idea that I no longer care after a bill has been settled is something that Is quite a cheap shot. If you still have pain - please call the office an book a follow up appointment.
